about me
I am a 39-year-old Sydney-based graphic designer with experience across a wide range of design in both print and digital media. Most of my career has been in magazines, including roles as Art Director and even Editor. This unorthodox route to building my own design business broadened my perspective on presentation and communication, giving me a unique opportunity to see graphic design from both an editorial and artistic perspective. During my career, I’ve implemented and overseen major magazine redesigns, written comprehensive briefs for relaunches, as well as producing logo/masthead designs and full mock-ups to accompany them.
My experience in client-side design covers all aspects of developing branding, working with the client to create high-impact logos, then adapting the look into a range of branded media for both digital and print formats (see branding page).
I am creative, hard-working, have a good eye for detail and a strong sense of visuals.
